ShopSignal is a Shopify application that helps merchants collect customer reviews, analyze feedback, and generate insights. The Service includes review collection, sentiment analysis, topic tagging, insight generation, and review display widgets.
2. Account Registration
To use ShopSignal, you must have a valid Shopify store and install our application through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features.
- Billing: After the trial, you will be billed monthly through Shopify's billing system based on your selected plan.
- Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Contact us to request a refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit fake or fraudulent reviews
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
5. Review Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all reviews collected through the Service.
- License: You grant us a license to process, analyze, and display reviews as part of providing the Service.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for moderating and managing reviews on your store.
- Export: You may export your review data at any time.
6. Intellectual Property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopSignal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
